Silkron^® Lot Tracking & Traceability System is used to track the production lot movement throughout the process from the Front-of-Line to the End-of-Line.

The system is integrated with automatic identification scanning (barcode or RFID) to trace the carrier/boats/tray carrying the product units or the product units itself.

The system also detects mixed lot. It stops the machine and trigger the alarm light and buzzer whenever mixed lot is detected. It is built-in with SMEMA interface to integrate into the production line.

The system keeps track of the carrier/boat/tray inventory and monitor the life cycle of each carrier/boat/tray.

Utilization of the carriers/boats/trays can also be analyzed from the system for maintenance, repair, replacement and so on.
